I'm just starting a thread so I can compile all my pages for the comic book I've been making. Maybe a bit of discussion. I'm going to start with the character concepts.

Page ?
(Basically I illustrated an event further into the story ahead of time)
Ok I really like where you're going with this, BUT the character with the striped sweater looks like noah from that slenderman tribletwelve series. The little shadow demon hing he's got is interesting, i'm not sure if you want to use the horns, but I feel it's a bit overdone. But this is the begining so you might put a fresh perspective on horned stuff.

I see the resemblance, I'm not sure that's a disadvantage. Maybe since it's set in a forest, people might draw the slenderman connection. I haven't even thought about that haha.
The horns aren't there for visual embellishment, they actually stand for something. You'll see in the later pages what these things actually connote, I wouldn't want to spoil the story. Thanks for the input! Cheers!

Your comic looks cool so far. Have you considered posting it on a web comic site like tapastic?

Love this comic. Some really great shots. Love the crowd panel on page 12. The composition is brilliant.
Interesting choice to make stripe shirt/socks for the characters. I found that very appealing. Maybe because it became a canon to make so different characters, that this design look natural. And the overall organic feel from the inking and rendering is great. Would like to see more of this.

You've got me curious with the street sign...., is there a story behind it..., I wonder?? (*inside thinking)

Thanks Hugo! The design actually has a meaning to it. It will become more apparent once we reach a certain number of pages.

Thank you! Yes there definitely is something about the street sign that relates to the male character.
