So I just finished making this image. I was thinking it would be cool to spray paint when I go Morocco. Does anyone know how to turn this into a 3 or 4 layered stencil?
Im having difficulties doing it myself.
Well the first step would be to reduce your image down to three or four colors. Then you make stencils out of the outlines for each of the colors and do the spray layers in order from most prominent to least prominent colors.
I'd recommend staring out with printer paper and cutting out simpler designs to start with if this is your first go at it.
That being said that image is not a great place to start off since the shading is very soft and the values aren't at extremes.
