I wrote a very rough draft of my fantasy novel. It is about a group of warriors who are part of a "suicide squad" in which they travel far south knowing that they will not see their loved ones again in order to keep the evil at bay from their cities. It borrows a lot from the Dragon Age series and Lord of the Rings. It is not a mindless slaughter house of a book rather a more deep, and philosophical type of novel, and very slow pace. The main character left his family to the south due to his daughter being killed by demons, so pretty much he wants to die in battle fighting the demons.
