I just watched a video that I really enjoyed, and I tried to click on the animator's name to see his other stuff, but the screen scrolled and I accidentally voted a "2" on the submission. I was going to rate it a "5". Is there any way that I can undo that vote?

Nope! It happens to all of us at some time or another. Don't worry about it.
In future I'd recommend voting first then checking out the author's page. Can't go wrong that way.

Unfortunately no but unless you accidentally blam/save something then i'd say there's no harm done, most users have such small voting power that they couldn't make a difference in the most popular submissions anyway.
There should be a small time window for us to change our vote, though.
