This wouldn't work at all. You can't be sure if someone actually voted, and plus some people would just zero bomb everything.

Just, no. This defeats the entire purpose of the voting system. If people vote, it'd be better if they voted honestly, and weren't coloured by either 1) your opinion of their piece, or 2) their opinion of this thread.
And since now we can only vote ONCE, instead of many times like it was before, I think an idea like this would only backfire.
Vote manipulation is against the rules.
