I am currently developing a tabletop RPG, and was needing to hire someone to build a world map for me. This got me to thinking that a commission topic would be a great addition to the forum. It would grant an easy way for artists on NG to get their work out there, and would make it easy for game developers to contact artists for their project. If there is already something like this I would love to know, please feel free to PM me with a link.
