After Effects 2015-11-22 01:10:49

Long story short, when I open After Effects, it freezes and I have to force quit. I've restarted my computer, installed the newest version of After Effects but no dice. There's not a lot of relevant help online. Thanks in advance!

I'm using:
Apple OS X Yosemite
10.10.5

Adobe After Effects CC 13.5.1

Maybe try deleting your user preferences but fix the issue. On Windows it's in my documents/adobe, I don't use Macs but I imagine their is an the equivalent.
