I was big into modding years before that and into running, managing and reinventing content for a private MMO server.
Reinventing content included gutting and redesigning instanced dungeons, scripting new bosses and developing balanced gear and new loot.
I also designed and implemented a forum influence system that would grant the forum community members with points based off of how others viewed the helpfulness of their posts.
These points could be used in a store to purchase in-game items that would be mailed to them when purchased.
Since then I've spent 7 years working in various levels of IT and I am currently a microcomputer network support specialist. I act as both a project manager and team leader for large projects.
I also have experience in business management as I own a small web development company.
