How did you manage to find that version first? Is there an audio version of reverse google image search?

my guess is that he downloaded it (somehow), reversed the audio and uploaded it to instaudio.

Yeah I ripped it. It's very easy to record sound from your computer with Audacity. Not suitable for piracy though because all sounds on the web are compressed to sucky quality.
