This may have already been answered, but I'd prefer a more personal approach to answers. See, I've created a new Youtube channel, and I want to use an awesome song I found in the intro. So I look at the licensing terms. It says that I can use the song for games and animations but not for commercials. The Youtube video will not be monetized. So does that technically mean I can use it? The license says nothing of Youtube.
