I don't mind tits every now and then, but every fucking time I come here is ridiculous. I'm sick of it. I come here to play games, not to masturbate, so I really don't want to see those kinds of ads.

Are you sure? As There used to be a lot of hentai adverts in the past but they removed them. I have seen adverts for games like League of Angels which use sex appeal, hell even Smite has done really degrading sex appeal adverts on websites and apparently that game isn't based on sex appeal like the others who use it. These adverts aren't so much "porn" ads as they are just shitty degrading and shit sex appeal adverts. They tend to do things like showing a picture of a character in a ridiculously shitty armour that seems made purely to defend their tits and vagina and be absolutely bare everywhere else because apparently that makes sense when protecting yourself. Then saying something like "defend her" basically degrading their own "angels" who are surely super-powered immortal beings by claiming they need protection from a mortal, obviously makes no sense at all so it is purely an example of "she is a female thus needs protecting" without caring AT ALL about the fact she literally is a super-being, but no she is female so can't fend for herself.
This type of shit always does annoy me and was one of the main reasons I went for adblock (main one being fuck waiting 30 seconds every time I want to watch a fucking youtube video) it was actually on youtube when I saw these adverts myself I never did come across them on Newgrounds, then again I was a supporter at the time so maybe they would have been there if I wasn't a master-race user.
Apparently adverts are based on things you yourself search for. Like when people claim "Newgrounds is that place with all the hentai in it" etc. it is due to them searching for such things that google advertises Newgrounds has some for them. But when it comes to these adverts I really don't think it is based on your search history since I have absolutely no desire to play any of these shitty things and only feel insulted by them especially when they have an advert which says "warning adult men only when you start playing your friends won't see you again" or whatever it was, which I have ranted about before as saying "men only" on something based around you masturbating to scantily clad women surely isn't the message you want to send, as you are telling the people you want to attract "hey all these scantily clad women you want to fuck are actually all men too" but apparently the degenerates who would fall for such a shit advert wouldn't be able to put 1 and 2 together. But yea, I saw these adverts show up on Slowbeef's videos when he was doing some Newgrounds content and he played them for a laugh and they all were as shit as they seem. More so even.
As for actual porn adverts, well those I haven't seen since they aren't allowed anymore on here. If you do spot them make sure to let an admin know and offer some proof or something of the specific advert so they can sort it out, as the site is meant to be cleaned of that sort of thing even in the adult section they allow hentai but not real porn, and only in the submissions themselves (even though that needs to extend to removing adult images from the submission thumbnails especially since sometimes that shit gets through even if adult submissions are filtered off.)
Apparently on of my Firefox add-ons is doing it, Still, there's porn ads here and nowhere else, kinda odd.

I have never seen a porn ad on Newgrounds besides the old anime ones from the past that a few users post in threads.
It was said in a thread from quite some time ago that the ads that show up have to do with what you search for online, dunno if that's only with Chrome users or if other browsers do the same.

I must have been on some other site because I don't ever recall seeing porn ads on Newgrounds. But you don't want to click on them anyway because the links are just full of malware/spyware/viruses.
