So I lost my social security card today. Should I kill myself hard or superhard?
Seriously though how fucked am I
Call up the Social Security line and in form them about it.
Update: I found it. I'm genuinely retarded, everyone.
Props to @Cordyceps for best response, I don't know why the fuck I kept it in my wallet. It is now removed.
Let us derail this thread into one that endlessly mocks my absolute and pure stupidity.
My brother lost his entire wallet AND we're looking for an apartment so he's going to need everything he has soon. You really should consider yourself LUCKY for only losing your SSN. Wait, do you mean the actual number or the physical card? If you've lost the former, then yeah, you probably are screwed.

USS Thresher (SSN-593), lost at sea on April 10th, 1963 along with the lives of 129 brave sailors. This remains the most deadly submarine disaster in history. What a tragedy.
And to think, that happened right AFTER the Cuban Missile Crisis.

I'm pretty sure it's free if you go to the social security office and bring a license, other form of I.D., and your birth certificate.
But maybe that's just in buffalo.
Oh yeah and you only get 10 replacements, if some how you lose 11 cards your fucked forever.

I'm not certain and you may be right. I've had to replace mine once years ago, so I can't remember.

HEY YOU GUYS!
Not all caps.
I just wanted to give you an update. My brother DID in fact find his social security card, as he found his wallet! Of course, we're in so much financial crisis now, it doesn't even really matter. At least we might get to keep the microwave from our old house.
