This thread is not a joke, I have done this and actually achieved relative success in weight loss.
If you find yourself unable to find the willpower to go outside frequently -- here's what you should do. Every time you exercise, masturbate afterwards. Eventually your brain will start to associate exercising with sexual pleasure and your low impulse control will actually compel you to work out. It's worked for me, it might work for you.
After doing this regularly for about two weeks it will become a habit and your brain will associate exercising with sexual pleasure and this will be reinforced by it becoming a habit.
