This thread is not a joke, I have done this and actually achieved relative success in weight loss.

If you find yourself unable to find the willpower to go outside frequently -- here's what you should do. Every time you exercise, masturbate afterwards. Eventually your brain will start to associate exercising with sexual pleasure and your low impulse control will actually compel you to work out. It's worked for me, it might work for you.

After doing this regularly for about two weeks it will become a habit and your brain will associate exercising with sexual pleasure and this will be reinforced by it becoming a habit.

You're sort of right.
Working out, power lifting specifically, in itself can cause you to orgasm. It happens to me pretty often, and when I get home I'm usually so horny that I gotta blow off some steam in the shower. It's not really well understood why we do this, the human brain releases dopamine and endocannabinoids during hard exercise ajd it's thought that this contributes to a sexual response after working out. Scientific studies have shown that females who work out with heavy weights can experience an orgasm every 11 minutes on average. (this is something I like to tell women a lot when they're considering going to the gym, lol.. )

So masturbating after exercise may in fact actually help you associate exercise with pleasure, but I doubt it- if you're working out trust me your brain is already hard at work associating exercise with pleasure.

Low self-control is not an advantage. It is in all cases a disadvantage and weakness.

If you have low self-control, work on improving your self-control.

Also, "no fap" isn't the same as or even related to self-control. "No fap" is basically just a bunch of dudes with low or nonexistent libido who use their own lack of libido as an excuse and guise it as strength when its not.

Know what happens if you "no fap" and you're not a low-libido dude? Yeah you're going to be walking around with boners all day every day and nobody wants that except porn studios. So just discretely excuse yourself and take care of it on an as-needed basis.

As to if you should masturbate after you exercise? Well if you need to then discretely excuse yourself and do so, just as at any other time.
