I was watching "People Behaving Badly" when I decided to click on some bike videos.
Anyway, I was watching this specific video where some cop stops a bunch of people on bikes by simply walking in front of them to give them a ticket. A $300 dollar ticket mind you.
There was only one cop to stop them. Why in the fuck didn't these people just bike away from him??
Even if the cop called in back-up, all the bike rider would have to do is ride into a park where cars couldn't chase them...
Why??

I mean if you follow laws only because of the fear to get caught ("it's fine if you can run and get away with it" type of thinking), then the only way for the police to stop you from breaking the law is to frighten and bully you even more.

Aye mate, in Aus, cops ain't like they are in USA. They won't pop you.
So that means people do runners a lot more aye (especially where i am).
As for escaping on a bike? It's do able, i outran mall cops and shit on my skateboard aye when i was 14.
But honestly, the best way to outrun the cops is on foot.
