I am new on this website and i´ve got a question.. ..When i make a really good animation Newgrounds will give me some money for views like on YouTube ??? And if NG pay me and this animation was created in coopoeration with some voice actoer I must give him some of these money ??? And if I upload my animation on YouTube too must i give some money from animation to voice actor ???
Please help and sorry for my English skill, I am from Slovakia :-/ .

-Don't be a greedy dick. Voice actors, musicians, extra artists work hard as well. You don't have to give them a lions share but don't be looking to get quality work for nothing.

That was a general suggestion for everyone, not you directly. I do not know your full intentions on paying or not paying people. You can always work out specific arrangements with people. Some people are new and just want the exposure and don't care about the money. Just reach out and ask.
