This whole thread is kinda silly since attractiveness is entirely subjective anyway... IMO she looked better before she got all skinny and tatted up, but that's just me. Either way, I'm not really fond of this whole celebrity gossip thing. Seriously... who cares?

Well true, but he asked what people thought and that's what I think. I don't even keep up with celebrity gossip so I really couldn't care less about that. I'm evaluating strictly based on looks, as per the instructions in the OP.
And to me, the "before" looks like a 5/10 while the "after" looks like a 6/10. I don't typically go for any less than a 7/10 so she'd be beneath my standards unless her personality pulled up her attractiveness.
As for specifics, I think her hairstyle improved and her weight improved between the pictures. And tattoos aren't a negative in my book. So based on the hairstyle improvement and weight improvement, she gains a point.
I don't particularly like curly, frizzy hair which is her current style, but that's still better than whatever it was going on at the top of her head in her previous hairstyle.
