Why do people like Mountain Dew?

Because it tastes good? You may not like it, but apparently a good deal of people (myself included) would disagree with you about the taste. That said, I don't drink it all that often, mainly because the Citrus Drop soda at Kroger is cheaper and tastes better (to me, at least).

I don't know if it's the lack of soda or sugar in my diet but I normally feel kind of Irritable when I have nothing to it.Maybe that's withdrawal?
Its the use of sugar and citrus that people like about it. Personally I don't like citrus all that much.

I think I would literally die. Normally I'm full of energy but even just a 12oz can of soda is enough to send me crashing after the hour long sugar boost. No way I'd make it through a whole 2 liter of mountain dew without feeling like absolute crap about my existence.

Mountain Dew is great because it has twice as much sugar as Sprite. Seriously, I didn't know why it was that Mountain Dew was my favorite soda of the five that were the most popular until I compared the labels and noticed this.

I found out what Mountain Dew was from boogie2988. And I tasted it myself, it was really bland. I do like Coke though, but Fanta Fruit Twist is the shit.
