Question about uploading a game

Yep. If you want to show your support for NG you could always use their preloaders in your projects before spreading it out to the rest of the web.

what if i'm putting it in unity, I only see action script files

Ah bummer...but totally cool at the same time haha I'm also making a game with Unity this summer. The only thing you could possibly do (as far as I'm aware) is to put the newgrounds logo (you can find it under the downloads section I mentioned earlier) as a splash screen in the beginning of your game. You know like how games have their publisher's and company's name displayed on the screen before the title screen appears.
