I used to love superhero cartoons and movies when I was younger but I lost interest. Now there is all these superhero movies coming out with big budgets and fancy effects and I don't really have the time nor the attention span to watch them.

It seems your problem is more about people saying things are "hype" and using the shit and obnoxious meme of saying "blank is real". Neither of those things relate to superheroes, infact such sayings apparently come from fighting games, but then other idiots began using it in even more annoying ways.
