Tien stopped Semi-Perfect Cell, Pikkon was stronger than both Frieza, King Cold and Super Perfect Cell combined, Krillin held himself decently against Nappa, Vegeta and on Namek even though he ended up dying by Frieza and Piccolo was as strong as 2nd form Frieza and later was about as strong as android 17.
It's not that there isn't heroes who can fight that aren't saiyans, it's just that there are very few and far between.

Pikkon was never canon seeing as he was in a filler arc that was never in the manga. But his point was that they really been sucking the dicks of the saiyans.

In Dragonball all the characters were important, but in DBZ those who actually defeated the major bad guys or were even important were the Sayians mostly. Everyone else was mostly outclassed especially after the freeza saga then became nonexistant in the boo saga.

Yeah I don't get what the point of having all the "GOHAN STRONGEST THERE IS" stuff only to have Goku swoop in at the end every friggin' time. Even vs. perfect Cell he wasn't even allowed to do it by himself.

Vegeta and Piccolo each get one token victory per powerup, and that's a better deal than anyone else in the series gets. Krillin and Tenshinhan are basically token characters despite being the strongest humans ever to live by several orders of magnitude.

I don't know that he ever even got up to first form Freeza power, but he has taken on every single big bad that has come (except when he is dead). I saw in some site a few days ago that he supposedly ended up with a power level of about 800.000, almost as strong as second form Frieza. I don't care what Toryama says about Krillin being the strongest human, when Guru unlocked his true potential he didn't stand a chance against Recoome, while Tien could at least probably face first form Frieza and win even if that number i gave earlier is wrong, he is the real strongest human.

They've only released 14 episodes. It took Funimation a long-ass time to dub Battle of the Gods and Resurrection F. I wager they won't start dubbing the series for another year.

Personally, I'd just wait for them to release a Dragonball Super Kai. All that's happened so far is they've retold the events of BoG, but they've stretched out every scene for no reason other than to stretch out the series. Nothing important happened in the first three episodes. Goku didn't go Super Saiyan God until episode 9 and the fight between him and Beerus has been going on ever since. If you've watched the movie then there's no reason for you to waste your time with the first season. And I hear the second season will be based on Resurrection F. If this keeps up, then there will be no reason to even watch the anime.

Apparently there is a DBS manga so maybe they're just making filler to stay in sync with the manga. Hopefully the manga is better paced.

Apparently the Anime this time around is the higher canon seeing as Akira is writing the story for the anime where as someone else is writing the manga.

It's canon that there is a Dragon Ball multiverse, so that's a possibility. (Main Dragon Ball universe is No. 7. They had to travel to Universe 6 once)
