First game in general:
Vectorman on Sega Genesis.
First M-rated:
Metal Gear Solid for PSX
Toejam & Earl: Panick on Funkatron -On my first ever console when I was 4 years old, (SEGA Megadrive)
Duck Hunt and Super Mario on the NES at my cousin's house at a similar age.
however the first game I ever played and beaten was Earthworm Jim Special Edition for the PC, I loved that game and still do. I remember the day I beat the game, I'd say I was barely the age of 6-7 at the time. I cried because I didn't want the game to be over.
NEED A VOICE ACTOR?! YOU GOT ONE RIGHT HERE SWEETIE ;)
Scooby Doo: Night of 100 Frights. Still love the references to the original cartoon and the awesome atmosphere.
I'm fairly certain it was Fatty Bear's Birthday Surprise.

I remember playing this on an old computer off of those really old, Huge floppy disks. I had to have been about 4 at the time, but the idea of controlling something on the computer, exploring and doing stuff with it really blew my mind. I also liked the cover art.
Mario Paint
... and here I am today, making animations, drawing, and occasionally making music loops. Crazy, right?
Not sure, but I think maybe Missile Command, Pac Man, or some racing game I can't remember. But it could have also been one of my dad's computer games. Or it could have been an arcade game. Hard to say since I've played games for as long as I can remember. I was just trying to explain arcades to my niece. Sad.
Oregon Trail at school. So much death.
The first game that I played is Super Mario Bros 3
Castle of Illusion starring Mickey Mouse on the Genesis/Mega Drive. That or Sonic the Hedgehog 2, but Castle of Illusion is pretty much the first game I can remember.
I can't remember which I played first? Neither Jumping Flash, Monster Bash, Quake, or Tropix.
I believe the first game I played was Karateka, on an Apple II that was in the back of my kindergarten classroom.
DK Country foe SNES.. the mine cart level. So much wtf
Rayman for the PS1. I think I was five at the time and we had Formula 1 '97 with it which was also pretty good fun. Always preferred Rayman though - brilliantly animated sprites, genuinely challenging, wonderful level designs and a beautiful, whimsical aesthetic too. Oh, ace soundtrack as well.
