19 Years old and want to learn. 2015-04-21 01:44:11

Hello,
My name is Tyler Griffith, I'm 19, and ive been trying to get into animation for awhile now but its just hard to learn off of crappy YouTube tutorials. I would like to get into animating full time, but need someone to teach me. I have a Wacom tablet im getting used to, if anyone wants to help me learn and grow, please reply!

Hey man, I'm new too. I'm trying to do the computer side of animation though, as I can't draw. But I'm probably going to find some local talent. If you want a pen pal who's just getting started though, hit me up.

Hey guys, I'm new as well. Is the point of a group just having people to bounce ideas off of and go to for critique/tips?

Do you have anything to show? I believe the biggest challenge for any artist is taking criticism.

Currently doing short rough animations here http://khanhcpham.deviantart.com/

I'm on the same boat as you brother. I love gaming, and in some gaming communities, a lot of random things tend to occur when it comes to known figures of said communities. Hoping to make parodies and hopefully some of my own original content.

Unfortunately for me, the resources I have are quite limited. I also happen to have a lot of ideas, but not enough artistic skill to express myself, save for writing.

Suggestions?

I Learned from HappyHarry! He's very entertaining so you wouldn't get bored from his tutorials. Also it is indeed practice.
The crap I did at first took me like 10 hours but as time goes on you learn to do things faster. Like with everything pretty much.
