What do you personally think is the most overrated city in the world? According to this list it's Las Vegas, but in my opinion the most overrated city is Rome. Oh sure, Rome was a superpower back in the days of the Roman Empire, but nowadays time has taken its toll on the city and it can no longer live up to those expectations of a great and powerful city.
So I'll say it again, what do you think is the most overrated city in the world?
vancouver, high cost of living, full of chinese people and every other retard who thinks they should immigrate there. the people act like they got some sort of developmental disorder. the transit system is fucked. roads are saturated. annoying stoners everywhere place smells like weed. retarded secondary suite crap means more people occupying a house. its annoying

Toronto, I went there and wasn't impressed to much. Kinda ugly and depressing to see a city like Toronto.

A city's greatness is determined by how efficiently its government is run, how well it takes care of its own people, and how well it scares away new arrivals.
The increasingly aggressive commercialization of NYC is annoying. It's far-reaching, and even worse, Taylor Swift was appointed the official tourism ambassador here with welcome posters featuring herself. She's no New Yorker and is trying to use her fame to draw people of her ilk in here when they should be somewhere else.

Fourthly, There's nothing to fucking do. I go up there occasionally and visit Amoeba, and I frequently go to concerts; but aside from that, I do not understand the appeal. Maybe it's nice for people who live and breathe the TV/Movie production industries; but that is not what I am.

No one has mentioned Cleveland yet? If it weren't for Lebron James (enjoy him until the Cavs lose in the 2nd round... again) and the Rock and Roll HOF (where it would be better fit in Memphis), no sane person would consider going to Cleveland as a ideal vacation.
It's like Detroit, with none of the history or charm and most of the bad stuff.
