Alternatively, you could just remove all the internal GIF identifiers and upload it to a server without a file extension and then sent the upload request from there or something like that.

I disagree, as long as they aren't a fuckfest of strobe lights. Considering they're exclusive to people who actually give a shit about the site, I don't see that happening.

Don't take that the wrong way, my point is, the fact that it's exclusive to supporters pretty much rules out the possibility of someone abusing the feature.

I heard this guy is awesome at animating sigs by hand and will spend hours making you a perfect one. I bet he's just sitting there coming up with awesome ideas right this minute.
