Is it medical or just lack of bathing and/or washing clothes?
If it's lack of bathing and/or washing clothes, is it because soap and/or detergent and/or laundromat is too expensive, is it because it conflicts with personal beliefs, is it because you see no value in it, or is it because of laziness or lack of motivation? Or some other reason I haven't thought of?
If it's medical, my condolences. I do believe there are some few rare medical conditions where someone literally stinks no matter what they do. If it's because of expenses, again my condolences.
If it's because of beliefs, explain. And if it's because of laziness, well that'd be on you. If it's some other reason, explain.

Then, also i once lived with a couple of friends and one of them had really bad sweaty b.o., you know the real cloying, off-sweet reek of armpit unfettered and feral. So i was about to do some shopping and mentioned, trying to be tactful, y'know, 'hey i should probably pick up some deoderant as well, i'm getting a bit ripe...' and he replied, 'actually, i prefer the natural smell...', like it hadn't occured to him in any way that one might address the smell of one's body for the sake of others, rather than as some expression of half-baked luddite philosophy. So i said, 'i'll get you three bottles anyway you stink like a skip with a yeast infection.' Can you believe he actually took offence at that?
