How I feel about Si-Fi stories.....

At the end of an si-fi movie, tv episode, or game I feel depressed. Because it takes place almost 500 years from now
and I feel depressed because I CANT HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY!!!! So at this point, i am willing to cryogenicly freeze myself
for an onitool or a energy sword.

Any tips?

Nah, you're just gonna have to deal with it just like our ancestors did in the past. Life is becoming more and more convenient every generation and we're stuck with what we got now.

Do not mentally hinder your ultimate progression in favor of a fictitious reality, it is not worth it

You can do this.

But don't expect to be unfrozen.

That'd actually be pretty hilarious if a cryogenics company went bankrupt and had to just be like "AH SHIT" and dump all the bodies in the back alley

Imagine all the lawsuits and shit they have to go through.

It'll be the new national scandal of the week.

Born too late to explore the world, but too early to explore the galaxy... You could come up with something new to explore, or you could devote yourself to paving the way to space exploration. I think it'd be too late for you to start on the astronaut path though. Maybe by the time you're old civilian spacetravel will be a thing.

Yeah I see were you're coming from. I wouldn't mind hanging out with some aliens myself.
