Dunno how weird it is but I almost always sleep on my side in a sort of curled up position, I get Sleep Paralysis occasionally and 99% of the time it happens when I'm sleeping on my back so that's a no go. Other than that I'm pretty normal I think.

As if you have a choice.

Screens in general make it harder for you to sleep.
And I mean, trying to sleep right after you used the computer, watched tv, or you were on your phone. That kind of stuff makes it harder for you to sleep and it takes around an hour to go to sleep.
Atleast, that's what I learned from my doctor.

Hmmm, I never thought about it that way. I guess watching TV or using the computer right before going to bed IS something I've done all my life.
Yeah, i can sometimes sit up and start sleep-talking with my eyes open and say such things as "That wall looks funny" and then plop back in bed.
before i go to bed i listen to music while rocking back and forth and i can hear voices, usually from the other rooms

I have tinnitus so I need the fan as well unless I want to listen to the very faint high pitched noise my right ear likes to have in itall the time.
Pink noise is superior because the low frequencies are boosted.

Maybe not yet...
kinda weird, but i can't sleep without wearing my "favorite" necklace. also not taking a bath before sleeping disturbs my brain so i would likely wake up at around 3am to go to shower.

That's a strangulation hazard.
Beds are too comfy and I sleep better on a sofa. Also need my night milk. Milk is tasty.
Two nights ago, I couldn't get any sleep until about 1:30 am! I managed to fall asleep on time today, but then I ended up waking up at 5:00am! Luckily, I did go back to sleep for the rest of the, uh, morning?
