After almost 3 years with an antiquated LTE, I just upgraded to a Nexus 6 (at a huge discount via my plan). I love this thing, it's so fucking smooth, I'm typing this from it right now.
A 10 dollar Tracfone LG 500G. I haven't used it in over 6 months. It's not like I have any friends I'd be talking to or texting.

Samsung Galaxy S5, which I was only able to get in part because of my federal tax return money last year. I paid over $700 for it on the spot. It's hard to find me off it.

Samsung Galaxy S3. Got it the weekend it came out as a birthday present. If I ever upgrade, I'm going to stick with the Galaxy S line. Hopefully the S6 isn't that much bigger, since I can just keep the S3 in my pocket, or in my cupholder when I'm driving.

Might want to wait it out for the S7. Samsung fucked up by getting rid of the SD card and the removable battery. Hopefully they'll realize that pretending to the Apple won't work for them and restore those features.

The 6 itself is decently sized. As for the 6+, at first I was a little offset by the size, but with the display features and the battery it is worth it. You become accustom to the size after time. Definitely one of the best phones I've ever owned.
