Sorry, but I'm afraid it's illegal to upload songs to Newgrounds that aren't actually yours. In fact, the downloading of songs from unscouted artists was disabled since too many people were uploading stolen content. If you want to use music for your Geometry Dash levels, why not browse the thousands of songs uploaded by credible, hardworking Newgrounds musicians? I'm sure you can find something to your taste here.
