inb4 3 years of back-and-forth stalemates.
Half of the shitholes that are now ISIS controlled would be better off nuked into oblivion anyway; why the hell not give the Iraqi troops a couple of short-range ones? Then they wouldn't have to bother cleaning up the 10 square miles of rubble that many Iraqi cities have been left in ever since President Dipshit's oil grab.

Dude, he is just saying you can kill an idea. Doesn't rule out the possibility that the same idea, or one related will come about in the future. To answer your second question, there would be action, but it is hard to say how it will fold out. Could be people will act violently, or they might just accept. The possibilities are endless when you ask questions about the future.
A new group will take over soon. The middle east will never be a positive place, ever.
ISIS needs to stop harassing the USA. They should do something useful like start a business.
