It was an RPG game surrounding a neighborhood and teenagers or young adults. I remember there was a tattoo parlor, and "nice" and "bad" sides of the town. I believe the main character was a girl who had just moved there and her neighbor was snotty. If anyone can remember the name of the game, that would be awesome!
