[Flash CS6] Surface Pro 3 pen issue

Reposting this here, because the Game Development Forum couldn't help me.

Using Flash CS6 on the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 with the touchpad is all okay.
However I'm having issues using it with the Pen.

One touch on the screen and the cursor just hangs. I can however move the cursor at any point with the touchpad as if nothing happened.
I only have this issue with the pen.

Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe Flash Professional CC works just fine, even with pressure sensitivity.

My following specs:
Windows 8.1 64-Bit
Adobe Flash Professional CS6 (Version 12.0.0.481)
N-trig Wintab Driver (1.0.0.17)

Can't really help you but say: Make sure you have latest drivers installed.

Tried both stock drivers and newest drivers. Both don't seem to work.

Like I said before, it works with a touchpad/mouse, so this has to be a driver issue, right?

lmao I have a surface and have problems on cs6. everytime i right click it the cursor freezes. i connecta mouse and move cursor to fix. you should try that

Did anybody ever find a solution to this? I've asked around and the best i ever get is 'Check for updates'.
