After losing my Gameboy Advance, I have just found it after 6 months!
Surprised my roommates didn't do anything to it. O_o
But anyway, I have a few bucks lying around, (which is rare for me) and I would like to buy a new game. So NG, what will it be?
I heard some good things about Golden sun but i've read in one of it's reviews that it had bad character writing.

Pokemon ruby and sapphire were great games.

Mother 3 is the best, but if you're going to play them on a real Game Boy Advance you're either going to need a flash cart to play it in English or you're going to be playing it in Japanese.

The gba ports of Super mario world, and super mario bros. 3, were great fun to play

Get Fire Emblem and Fire Emblem the Sacred Stones (whichever you don't have). Otherwise, Wario Land 4 is a good one, and that's all I really have to recommend.

It's hard for me to decide. Well, Sonic Advance has always been a pretty awesome game. I wish they didn't stop the series. It'd be neat if they made a new entry for the 3DS.

OMG so many great GBA games!
I remember playing my eyes out with Advanced Wars! I couldn't get enough.
Also Metroid Fusion is probably one of the best Metroid games period.
I consider Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga one of the best games on the GBA, but I also had a ton of fun with Wario Land 4 back when my brother and I had one. Game & Watch Gallery 2 and 4, and the WarioWare games come to mind for me, too.
