8-bitheroes music thread 2015-02-22 12:18:04

Hi, thought I might as well jump on the bandwagon with this. I'm Chris and I'm from the uk, been producing music/electronic music for around 1.5 years now so quite new to all that jazz. I have been a guitarist for around 10 years or so and have spent a lot of time in different bands doing the usual gigging of the local venues round here. I have been fortunate this past year to free myself from the mundane aspects of reality in order to focus on music and learning what I want to learn. I have only recently got a decent PC and good set of monitors to make music with, so things are becoming easier. I like a lot of types of music...rock, 8bit, dnb, dubstep, classical etc
Anyways enough of that il post a couple tracks.

That's a recent track

This is a track some of you might be familiar with.

I have done a couple already and plan to do them on a regular basis. ideal for anyone starting out. The plan is to keep them short and sweet and to the point.

Awesome :D. I've tried to make that kind of soft bell pluck before, but this one sounds much better. Great tutorials btw.

Stunning work! I have been thinking of jumping into future bass or glitch hop, but I haven't found the time to start seriously learning it yet! I love your work! very playful and punchy!

Immersed in the experience.

Thanks, Yeah future bass is a lot of fun to produce because the genre has a great deal of scope for experimenting with different textures and vibes!
