I only just joined Newgrounds a few days ago, and yesterday I found out that the whistle system was out of use. How long has it been broken for?

The wiki definitely needs to be changed/updated, because the whistle system is definitely still in order. Only for flagging reviews, though. You used to be able to accumulate extra whistle points by flagging/reporting flash that breaks the rules, but you can't do that anymore.

I thought the review admins still delete reviews. I mean we have people still complaining about getting banned from reviewing.
My whistle keeps fluctuating from bronze to normal, now it's back normal and I'm pissed :( I wonder if it might be from review mods inactivity.
