How many cops work in New York? Something like fifty thousand? You'd figure at least some of them will screw up at some point. Cops are human, and are prone to human weakness and poor decision making at points. If we had perfect people, we wouldn't need the police now would we?
Still, really stupid of him.

Hardly a "mistake". It's pretty easy not to rape people.
You know what I meant.
man, cops. knock it off. is that so much to ask?
I'm sure the chief of the NYPD police union will spin this some way to make it look like the police officer was in the right.
Accused of rape isn't the same as being a rapist, you know?

Were you castrated when you were 5 or something?

You should have a doctor have a look at that, it can't be healthy.

Do you have any insurance?
The thread title is misleading. Groping isn't rape, and at most what I see here is attempted rape, if this is all true. I doubt it is. That doesn't change the fact that this cop is a retard, and so is his lieutenant. Believe me, I know how good groping feels like (plus I like getting groped myself), but you do not want to go after a rape victim in a case you're investigating. That's just asking to get jammed up.
But the victim is a dumb bitch too. This happened more than a year and a half ago and she's only coming forward now? What about then? Her story raises serious questions too. Did she take all this time to make it all up and get something out of it? That seems like a real possibility here. Or maybe parts are true and others aren't. It's her word against everyone else's.
NYPD: Discourtesy, Unprofessionalism, Disrespect. DUD.
My favorite story regarding them recently is regarding these two Einsteins. When it's a slow work week, some cops really have nothing better to do than to joyride on the hood of a cop car while another cop drives him around. Then the driver hits the breaks and the cop on the hood unsurprisingly busts his head. This is what we're paying for these days.
