comment what type of video game you make. it can be simple or super detail mega fucking hardcore, like.
have fun.
I'll start.
I'd make a game, where every single best seller game, collided. Example, your playing call of duty, you have to make a base, and survive from the zombies. collided building and fps. (minecraft and cod) and you could get power ups, better weapons, new gear, new places to explore, the map that your playing on, is so huge, it'll take years to find it all(bigger than dayz). and theres always gonna be new enemies, new monsters, new people to fight. so you'll never get bored. there'd be cars, and tanks, and planes(like gta) you could take shelter in abondon buildings, take over a fort, get a wife, have kids, raise a family. make farms, create a drug market(cuz hell yea) form an army, take over the world(try to) and do literally, WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANT, MAKE WHATEVER, YOU CAN MOD YOUR GEAR, LITERALLY MOD IT, (sounds op, but other people can mod theres, so mega big, and powerful rpg, vs mega powerful rpg, = a match to see) AND JUST HAVE FUCKING FUN!!
I think that'd be the game that everyone played. comes out for xbox 360 xbox one ps3 ps4 and pc.
your turn.
i'd make an educational quiz game about the dangers of spending too much time playing video games and i mean this in the most offensive way possible

Isn't there a dedicated forum for video games already? Like, right here?

It's good to have you back
I'd make the most epic mix of RPG, FPS, TPS, Fighting and puzzle game. I'd call it 'Call of Halo Battlefield Skyrim Theft Half-Life Auto 9'

i think people just don't give a shit anymore. plus there's never anybody in the videogame forum anyway.
I'd make a game that was like a large-scale city.... think Fallout or Grand Theft Auto... that was an abandoned warzone. Different sections of this HUGE map are treated like Conquest, capture-and-hold-the-points, with emphasis on squad combat and team communication, like Battlefield. They are zoned off with operational parameters where the objectives are in the world, so there are a variety of stages.
Its set in the future, so its kinda sci-fi, kinda dystopian, and literally every structure; bridge, building, tower, bunker, barricade, facility, all of that can be destroyed in relation to whats shredding it up, ala Red Faction or Battlefield 4 to a degree. Even though BF4 has indestructible structures, large-scale structures could still be destroyed with enough firepower for a long enough period of time.
NOTHING is indestructible in this game. An objective could be reduced to a smoldering crater if given the time and concentrated effort from an attacking force.
There's an emphasis on soldiers building up enough credits to purchase and customize their own combat vehicles, and this goes from Hoverbikes > Jeeps > Armor > VTOLs > Mechs > Jets > Flight Mechs.
Every vehicle has a variety of components that can be replaced with a more advanced, in-game-currency purchased technology. Defense, maneuvaribility, power-plant, on-board weapons or useful gadgets, everything customizable right down to the paint scheme using RGB, 0-200 values in a similar vein to Armored Core. You're given the option to use the stock equivalant of the type of vehicle available on friendly bases, which regenerate in time by orbital drop after the initial model has been destroyed, or you can choose to orbital drop in the custom vehicle that is specially YOURS. The risk and reward factor being, you're purchasing technology and weapons for this SINGULAR purchased vehicle...so if you racked up Millions of In-game credits, and dumped all of that into ONE MECH, if that ONE MECH gets completely destroyed, its gone. You would have to purchase another one, either by replacing it with the saved specifications of the last one and just picking up the tab, or by just starting from scratch and building a new one from the ground up.
Risk vs. Reward...
Also, when you die, you're dead for the entire battle in similar vein to SOCOM, lending extra importance to accurately communicate with a tight team and ensure each others survival to get the highest possible XP and credit payout at the matches completion. In similar vein to specifically Battlefield 2, there are some injuries you can be revived from, and some injuries that you can't... chances are very high that you won't recover from getting blown apart; there'll be gibs and gore if you're a troop on the ground. There will be NO regenerative health, and depending on the injury, providing health might only get you so far just like in Left 4 Dead. It'll be impossible for someone on the verge of death to make a full recovery in that battle, but they can be provided drugs to keep them fighting without any handicap.
If you quit before the match is complete, your total expected payout is halved.
Basically I just wanted a hardcore Armored Core meets Battlefield, with harsh and challenging consequences for an intense and rewarding experience. There'd be limb and component damage on all vehicles, lending a huge importance to repair classes...and with the Permadeath for each battle, it lends a huge importance to defensive and medic classes, also making lightweight recon / stealth classes riskier and intensely more skill-based.
I think it would be dope.
I'd make an American JRPG (people of Japan will be confused >:3 ) with chock full of story, and there will be an online mode where you cooperate with people to beat the aftermath. And every holiday there will be extra missions (side-quests) if you beat them, you get to keep and replay them as much as you like, and if you don't, there will be an update to remove it. (Better beat it, that specific side-quest will NOT come back.) With vivid characters, and a mix of instrumental nightcore/nemesistheory. This could easily win game of the year.
If I were to make a video game, it would be a simple puzzle game that is impossible to solve
A Jamaican turn-based RPG where you're a snake in a sugar cane field. As you hunt animals, you grow in size and gain skill points. These points can be allocated to give you various abilities, like venom, stronger fangs, arms & legs, etc.
I would make a DOOM WAD where it has five levels and the bosses are One Direction. The enemies are the teeny boppers. The last boss would be Harry Styles of 1D. And at the ending real music came back alive and you would get a reward from Paul McCartney.
'The Alchemist'. Gather ingredients (metals, herbs etc), extract them in your lab and use on any target you wish. Everything is extractable, anything can happen.
A street crime racing game that is basically a copy of pre-Criterion Games Need for Speed (and I'm talking NFS Underground 1-2, Most Wanted, Carbon) but with realistic graphics
Also known as Zorenic on the rest of the internet.
There needs to be a crossover of Mario and Grand Theft Auto. You'd get to run around the mushroom kingdom banging goomba whores and robbing toads and shit. There would also have to be only one copy, and I'd be the only person allowed to play it.
That'd be sweet.
Creative Writing.
Amateur Voice Acting.
More hentai games, of course.
David wise as music ,Doug Tennapel as the artist and Stephen king for the story
I'll make a game called "Touch your Elbows with your chin"
For the Wii, PlayStation Move & Kinect :U
Okay.
I have a handful of ideas that I'm interested in making right now. Namely, I wanted to make a roguelike RPG that's audio-only for both input and output. The computer would read you your options, and you would state your own decision verbally.
Another would be a sequel to my game Don't Get Your Ass Chewed On. Basically I wanted to add multiple controllable units, complex AI, multiplayer, obstacles, more weapons, etc.
If I offer to help you in a post, PM me to get it. I often forget to revisit threads.

darkness 3, prototype 3, ultimate spiderman 2 (with peter), razes hell 2, bulletstorm 2, fear 4
now for my "original" idea
a classic resident evil/the thing style horror game. what? that exist already? well shit. lets just make it first person, give gtaish walking controls, darkness 1 type graphics. lets also make the main character a black mute wearing a gas mask.
It'd have running and jumping, double jumping, wall jumping and shooting-- with some plot or something.
- Honk. -
I want to make one where you don't kill people. Most people go their entire lives without killing and I want to dive into that realm of realism.

i've kill sims alot and i wish i didnt
A racing game where you can select your car and race on several tracks. While it's based off Big Rigs, it doesn't have the lack of collision detection, Engrish and other faults that it has.
What do you think of this for a logo?
9/11 simulator
sk00l sh00ting simulator
Obviously I would make a game about a white heterosexual christian male who defends his house and family from countless waves of multicultural homosexual gender femminist activists in the name of God with superior and mighty firepower. The household is last outpost of humanity and the man's job is to dig undernath the house to aquire minerals that will let him to upgrade and creaft his weapons and ammunition, shoot the invaders, spend time with your children and pray to God.
The first chapter ends when you have enough pray points and have killed enough activists, after that God sends flood to kill off everyone except the hero and his family. The second chapter focuses on starting the settlement on fresh land, making a new covenant with God and repopulating the earth. The 2nd chapter ends after certain requirements have been met.
The third chapter starts when the main character dies, and player takes over control of the heroe's son. The son's traits and character will be based on how the father has treated him in previous two chapters.
Lmao.

Looks like gears, but generic.
Is a part of the joke that "Generic" is a completely unflattering title for a game?
