Building a PC

I've been looking for a new computer to get with a budget of 250 dollars, I've talked to people who have said that I can build a semi-decent PC for that price and if I didn't go the PC building route then I would have to invest in a Chromebook...Whiiich isn't quite what I'm interested in. I genuinely just wanna be able to run Minecraft at 30 FPS, I don't play anything else except for Minecraft and a few other crappy little Steam games.

WHAT is the possibility of me fucking up the PC build and breaking everything? I'm assuming its very simple from what I've heard from friends who have built their own PC's, but I'm still not quite sure about it, I'm considering just getting a workers permit and working my ass off to get an Alienware but I'm not sure I'm up for that either.

Building a PC is p easy. You must have played with LEGO at one point, right? They're like those but for big kids. It'll also put you onto a path of technological independence. Next time your shit breaks, you'll have a better understanding of how to fix it without calling a technician who makes more in an hour than you'll make in a day's work.
