being falsely accused of rape?!

so I was writing a story about a young teen boy named westen being bullied. he let this girl touch him until he came, she got some on her clothes and then the next day she went to school crying westen raped me! he raped me! he forced oral on me! and inflected self harm on herself and said he'd beat her.

so what would happen to westsn and what would happen to the girl if this actually happed?
