That video only serves as an indicator of how idiotic and unprofessional the news anchor is. Think of it from a critical standpoint. They are supposed to do their research on a topic and understand what they're talking about before they do it, and she was surprised by what she read? Amateur written all over her.

Newsreaders used to go through the motions, but in a 24 hour news cycle (and since the early 1980's, all mass media is owned by Fortune 500 companies), the news is written and vetted by folks who know how not to step on their benefactors toes.
