I am trying to make a tribute video on my grandmother who passed away some time ago, but fb keeps blocking it due to a song matching 3rd party content. The song is skyline pigeon from Elton John. How can I get around this? Help would be thankful.

Put the video on a file sharing site and link to it on the Facebook account.
I find it weird that they won't allow the video because of the song. I would have figured it would be allowable if you don't monetize the vid while giving credit to the original artist. Sorry about your trouble /: Maybe there's a program that will allow you to prevent matching content from being recognized?

I've never used any to upload files. I guess Mega or Mediafire would be good.

one might slow or speed it up a fraction in audacity
or maybe chose a tasteful track from the audio portal

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you can simply embed that video in a facebook post and bypass fb's content blocker entirely.
