Only people who'll even consider touching the stuff are hardcore heroin addicts and that's only if they can't get their heroin fix. There's some other really bad stuff (PCP, heroin, meth, "bath salts"), but nothing even comes close to how bad krokodil is. Most hardcore drug addicts won't even touch the stuff and I mean if even most hardcore addicts won't touch it what does that say?

Krokodil is still worse though because, for starters, heroin is the gateway drug to krokodil. Literally just about the only people who'll even consider using it are already hardcore heroin users.

The most harmful, horrible, drugs in existence are probably some obscure research chems. Everything most people have heard of is relatively safe compared to a lot of RCs that are/were available. Like MPPP, which gave people parkinsons, AM-2112 which killed cillia in the ears causing deafness, or all the fluorinated synthetic cannabinoids that caused kidney damage and heart problems in people that only used them for a month or two. Honestly as bad as it is to smoke some shake-n-bake meth Uncle Fester cooked in his basement, there's way more harmful shit you could be doing.

I've seen that drug destroy the lives of far too many young individuals and their families. More than I can count.

Next to H (but probably after a variety of synthetic opiates), I would honestly put Alcohol. It's easy to fall into how easy it is to access, then people start using it in excess and it's just a downward spiral.

Mary Jane, I sincerely do not see a problem with it at all. It's a fine way to relax and is a better alternative (in my opinion) to the conglomerate of prescription anxiety medication that drug deale-- I mean Doctors prescribe to their patients.
