Need advice on hardware

I'm planning on finally buying some hardware for the first time ever, and I need some help.

I'm planning on getting the Arturia MiniBrute and the Arturia MiniLab.

Demo vids:
MiniBrute - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TzDjIBJ4tU8
MiniLab - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSQ3Bp6eQI8

Should I purchase these two or should I get something else instead?

(Keep in mind that my budget is $500-$600.)

I'm too lazy to make a signature.

What exactly are you looking for? Do you want your synthesizer to have MIDI capabilities? What will you be using the synthesizer for? Just a little more detail as to what you are looking for would be great!

Yeah, I would prefer it to have MIDI capabilities.
As for what I'll be using it for, nothing really specific, just for general music making.

You should look into the bass station 2 you can save patches which I think that's something the mini brute lacks.

The MiniBrute has the ability to save patches.

Arturia Minilab is kind of superfluous as the Minibrute has a proper midi output.

Have you considered checking out the Arturia BeatStep instead? It's a pretty nifty drumpad controller with a sequencer built in, and it does CV out, which would allow you to sequence a bunch of parameters on the Minibrute without actually having to use a computer. I believe the BeatStep is a bit cheaper than the Minilab as well.

If you gona use this in DAW make sure that it is computable with device .

Most will use midi input but those little gadgets might not work properly
