My old PS3 account has been lost due to me forgetting the password to my email and account password, but I really want to keep my trophies, is there anyway to do this?

i gained access to my older account last year or the year before by going to the psn website and going to support there was this one thing where you email them i did this and i got back in to my account.

You'll surely get access to your account of you call or email Sony about it. Have a look at the support section on the playstation and SEN websites.

Nope, you're basically fucked unless you can recover that account which is possible, look up support on the PSN website

they only stick to the primary account. same with Xbox.
