I haven't seen the movie but i thought it was funny when the hippogriff ripped the shit out of him in the book.

when i first signed up i said that i was 27 so he may have done the same thing. Also just because he did not like the movie does not mean that he is an asshole, he should have been more discriptive in why he did not like it but that still does not give anyone the right to attack him like you are.

Loved the books, this scene in particular was my favorite of the whole series as of now. What to do? Don't know... but the series are top notch.
