I can't find it. But it was some comedian joking about feminism or something, so some feminist bitched about his joke. Then the comedian said some shit and everyone was cheering the comedian on.

I believe the comedian was George Carlin.

I think the only case of a heckler ever getting the final laugh was the infamous Michael Richards incident. Even then, I'm not sure if it counts as "heckling", because well, he completely deserved it.
