Mixed genders Football?

So what will it look like? Girls playing football on the same team of guys? Or all girl teams? Personally I like the idea of a mixed gender teams vsing each other coz it will be funny to see all the awkwardness that will ensue

Gonna be honest -- there would be so much sexual tension in such a game, don't you think? Assuming the girls were hot, you'd be tackling hot girls and having hot girls tackle you. Just think about that.

An extremely hot girl could use it to her advantage though because who wouldn't want to be tackled by her? Players wouldn't play their best because hot girl tackling you = sexy so guys would just let it happen on purpose.

I mean, depends if they're hot, of course. Also letting a girl win in a non-contact game is quite a bit different from one where you're physically all over each other, quite literally.

I could see quite a few spontaneous makeout sessions happening between quite a few players on both teams if it was the case. Obviously if it's fuglies vs. fuglies that's probably not going to happen.

I don't think you've thought this through realistically. You're telling me you want girls mixed in with a bunch of 6'2 - 6'8, 300 lb+ muscle bound men? They would get seriously injured. And it's not "inequality" or a "double standard" or any of that Feminazi garbage. They created the Women's NBA and nobody watches it. Nor can those athletes compete on the same level as their male counterparts. Some sports are just not made for Women. Football is one of them. I don't want to see some girl get hurt or killed during a game.

I wasn't even thinking of it like that. I guess depends what kinds of players each person has in mind for such a game. I was just thinking it was random college men and women playing football unofficially. You could even think of it as fraternities and sororities playing football together or something. Whereas you and perhaps others may have thought of it as strictly serious professional level with money on the line and all that.

If women are typically lighter, they could be faster. I think it would be interesting to see...and according to the future (aka Starship Troopers) such an athletic environment is only inevitable, so we should get right on that in the name of equality.

It would actually would be a nice novelty, and it would be just that, a novelty. Most girls don't have an interest in playing football to begin with, along with the size and athletic differences is simply too much to consider having mixed-gender football at most levels. If we're all being honest here, the only reason why most of us would ever watch that is simply for the novelty aspect of it and nothing else.

If there were a massive uproar when Ray Rice cold-cocked his fiancée on tape, just imagine if a speeding linebacker goes full speed on a woman playing QB/RB/WR, it won't be pretty.

In primary school we played against a team with a girl in it. We crushed them 21 - 3 but that was because their defence was shit. The girl was alright so I don't see why girls couldn't be in a football game.

Yeah this. Even when some guys are worse than the girls, they still get picked over them.

And if they just treated everyone equal, the girls would get literally crushed most likely. 300 pounds of muscle vs 100 pound woman? That's not going to be a pretty outcome.

If you're not talking pro then that's whatever. I played football as a kid. It's an even playing field then. I don't think that NOW I could knock the wind out of a guy I tackled and seriously impress him with my skills.
