Why are you all under the impression that he'll get some sort of trial? He jumped the White House fence. There won't be a trial. He'll just be shipped off to one of the many Terrorist Relocation Camps where he'll be 'evaluated' for 'mental health' and 'encouraged' to take part in 'community service'.
