She sorely needs it and if she doesn't have a therapist already, she should get one. In another era in the United States they would have institutionalized her immediately. Can anyone tell that Slenderman doesn't even exist? Please tell the 14-year-old girl that and then try to put her in juvenile hall until somebody can teach her that creepypastas had no reports of any murder or crime. Jeff The Killer, Smile Dog, Laughing Jack, Sonic.exe, The Ronald McDonald House Employees, ANYTHING that has to deal with creepypastas. They do NOT exist at all. Maybe that's the reason why this girl is still in 7th grade and yet she doesn't even know that these creepypastas don't even have any real life evidence at all. Forget about putting her in jail. The 14-year-old girl is probably insane. No sane person her age won't even burn down their house because he or she would've know that the stories aren't real.

What's next? Somebody goes on a killing spree because they watched Candyman or something like that and then the person blames it on the horror movie villain for doing these stuff?

I thought some idiot who doesn't know how to take responsibility for her own actions and blamed almost killing members of her own family in a fire she started on some fictional character was what caused this.

I thought so too at first (and that's probably still partially the cause of all of this), but according to the article, bullying and the way in which her mother would "discipline" her also played a role.

Floridians are apparently the equivalent of Slenderman...
