So far I found just some tutorials on really old versions like this.
So, anything would help (beside "use google").

Sorry but the best tutorial for Sonar is a tutorial on how to download another DAW.

Doesn't matter what people use as long as they like it. If you don't like the DAW you choose, you're doin it wrong, no other rules apply. I like sonar for recording because it's simple and straightforward as shit. I don't need any frills or fancy stuff to get the audio in, just something that can do what I need it to do and is very obvious and intuitive, not to mention, it's just what they had at my high school in the "studio" a.k.a. small closet space with an old computer.

I remember when Cubase (actually Cubasis, the version that was coming on 3 floppy disks) and Cakewalk were the only MIDI sequencers.
